POSITION OVERVIEW
To develop and implement business plans to ensure objectives and budgets are met.
PRIMARY DUTIES
1. Maintaining existing accounts
2. Securing new accounts at the target market segments
3. Work closely with finance & operation to improve AR and Inventory respectively
4. Work closely with marketing and technical service to derive TCO model
5. Increase sales and profitability of covered regions and accounts.
6. Develop and maintain solid relationship with various decision makers of key accounts.
7. Take lead in developing cost effective solutions, including product development, to meet customer needs.
8. Provide technical service, including trouble-shooting, product and application training to customers.
9. Develop and manage distributors as needed.
10. Manage account receivable to avoid overdue and bad debts.
11. Develop relationship with machine/raw material suppliers to customers.
12. Provide monthly sales forecasts.
Minimum Requirements
1. 5 years experience in serving corrugate industrial level 1 customers.
2. Strong ability to grow sales revenue and to manage accounts receivable
3. Strong drive to excel
4. Bachelor degree, Average English communication skill
5. Value selling mind set
6. Demonstrates proficiency in the following competencies:
