POSITION OVERVIEW
To develop and implement business plans for Automotive and Woodworking market to ensure objectives and budgets are met, the regional focus will be north China. Tianjin or Shenyang
PRIMARY DUTIES
1. Maintaining existing accounts
2. Securing new accounts at the target market segments
3. Improve gross margin of covered regions and accounts.
4. Work closely with finance & operation to improve AR and Inventory respectively
5. Find new opportunity in covered regions and catch new business via value selling. And need increase market share of HB Fuller in this area.
6. Improve satisfaction of the customer and increase value of HB Fuller to the customer.
7. Work together with technical Dept, technical service, and reach budget for assembly business in the assigned sales area.
8. Prepare and submit the sales report timely and correctly as required by sales manager.
9. Provide basic technical service to the customer and can work and handle business independently.
Minimum Requirements
1. Bachelor degree with good English skills;
2. At least 1-2 years working experience with chemical ,automotive or woodworking market field; Proven track record of delivering aggressive sales growth targets
3. Strong ability to grow sales revenue and to manage accounts receivable
4. Strong drive to excel
5. Value selling mind set
