Job Title: HRAdmin. Intern

Summary Description:
Responsibilities:
HR
1. Assistant to support HR Admin full function except CB
Including Recruitment, Staffing (new staff onboard arrangement), Training, ER etc.
2. Assistant to support CB functions which including attendance management.
3.Assistant to prepare Various Reports on time
4. Other tasks assigned by management
Administration
1. Assistant to support be in charge of Shenzhen Office’s administration
Including but not limit to hotel, air ticket, visa, car, conference room arrangements, office suppliers’ management such as stationery, water etc.
2. Assistant to support activities organization in Shenzhen office.
3. Assistant to prepare Various Reports on time
4. Other tasks assigned by management
Skills/Qualifications:
1. College or Bachelor degree
2. Proficient in MS office applications especially excel
3. Good communication skill
4. Eager to develop in HRAdmin. function, be efficient under pressure with multi tasks
5. Good English both in written and spoken
