Job Title: Regional Treasury and Tax Specialist, AP

POSITION OVERVIEW
The regional treasury and tax specialist reports to AP Controller and support all aspects of treasury and tax activities for H B Fuller entities in AP region.
PRIMARY DUTIES
Support the line manager in managing bank account, cash pooling, funding documentations, cash management and electronic banking in AP region
Responsible for various treasury reporting on cash positions, cash flow forecast, foreign exchange exposure and bank draft
Drive adherence to corporate treasury policies and procedures
In charge of e-banking system maintenance, access control and user management
Consolidate and review regional cash flow forecasts for each country in AP region
Tax management for entities in AP region, including VAT/GST, income tax, withholding tax and year-end US tax package preparation
In cooperation with tax advisors to ensure the tax documents are filed on time (Transfer Price documentation, Income tax returns etc…)
Coordinate the intercompany settlement
Support the treasury improvement and tax related projects
Coordinate and support to annual tax inspection and tax audit
Other tasks assigned by the manager

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree with major in Accounting or Finance
5-8 years related treasury and tax working experience in multinational company
Strong communication and problem solving skills
Sound knowledge of tax laws and FX regulations
Strong analytical skill
Good team work skills and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Advanced English language skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
ERP system experience
